Amboseli is a Maa language word that means 'salty dust'.The park is 390 square kilometers (150square miles) at the core of an 8000square kilometers (3000square mile) ecosystem that spreads across the Kenya-Tanzania border.The park has an endless supply of water which is filtered through thousands of meters of volcanic rock from mount Kilimanjaro. Amboseli National park boasts of large herds of elephant.

Day 1: Nairobi - Amboseli
Early in the morning after breakfast we depart Nairobi and proceed to Amboseli National Park. We arrive in time for lunch at lodge/camp. Afterwards we go for an afternoon game drive. On a clear day you will be able to see Mount Kilimanjaro. Dinner and overnight stay at camp/lodge.

Day 2: Amboseli full day game drive
After breakfast we have early morning game drives over the park's dusty roads. You will be able to spot giraffes, Gazelles, Impala and zebra attracted to the marshes and swamps fed by the melting snows of Kilimanjaro. You may also spot lions on the fringes of the marshes as well as a great variety of bird-life. The scenic view of elephants with Mount Kilimanjaro in the background will provide you with opportunities for a stunning photography session. Dinner and overnight stay at camp/lodge.

Day 3: Amboseli - Nairobi
We have our last game drive early in the morning and come for breakfast. We depart for Nairobi arriving late afternoon drop of at your hotel or airport.
